Well guys, if you were not at our house last night, then you missed it… and it may never happen again.

In celebration of the beautiful weather we have been having as of late, Lou and I prepared a dinner around a strawberry theme. We started with a strawberry spinach salad, topped with a fabulous balsamic poppy seed dressing. For our main course, we broiled up tuna steaks with a beautiful strawberry salsa, and as a veggie side, we feasted on sugar snap peas with shallots and thyme. Lou baked up some yummy popovers that turned out quite scrumptious. If fact EVERYTHING turned out perfectly! It was an amazing evening.
